Am now with editorial board of NAM News Network...More than 30 yrs experience as journalist/writer and 5 years as media consultant with UNDP-GEF Funded Project on Peat Swamp Forest Conservation (Malaysia). Great passion for conservation, environment and this has taken me to remote places around the world. More into understanding the lifestyle,culture and traditions of indigenuous people.An allocentric nut who needs to keep myself on the move-with a camcorder and a camera- to satiate my curiosity.
Also hold a professional certificate in nature-guiding and was awarded the Marriot International Golden Circle Award 2001. Been the honorary secretary of the National Press Club of Malaysia since 1993.
