Hi,
I'm looking for a travel companion to go on a bit of a spontaneous trek from the UK to Peru. I always believe getting their is just as important so I've decided I want to cross the Atlantic by sea! I've no idea how I'm going to do this yet but I'm working on it. I definitely not going on a cruise ship because there out of my budget and there's no point in paying for luxuries you don't need.
Anyway I hope to be able to cross the Atlantic to arrive in Central America, then it's a journey on land to get to Peru. It would be great to find a companion who would like to go on this adventure. After we've arrived in Peru we would find accommodation and enjoy the country for a while. Then it's your choice what to do, you could either fly home or continue onto somewhere else with me. I haven't decided where to go next but I plan to move from place to place until I get bored. I will have to find work to support myself but this is the life I've always wanted and I'm going for it.
So, does this sound like fun to you? Would you like to leave your old life behind and go on an adventure? Maybe for a month or two (or even longer if you choose to continue on with me)
I would like to maybe head east after Peru but I'm open to suggestions. A companion would be someone who is not afraid to act spontaneously, someone who is cool to take a few risks like landing in a new country and finding our way without any plans or pre-arranged accommodation.
One companion would be great because it would be nice to share this adventure with someone. I'm not fussed if it's a man or a women. I just want someone like-minded and if you have a bit of experience its an added bonus because I have none.
I am only taking £2k with me so I'll probably have to work my way at some point. It would be ideal if my companion had about the same because together we could make the money go much further.
