17 May 2006 - everglades noosa/ fraser island

we did the canoe trip down the everyglades, who would have though that a canoe trip would be hard well it was not really hard but it took a bit of work. it was lovely waking up in the morning to a lake with two inches of tea tree oil on the top. it is a picture perfect place, lovely to have a swim in and a good way to get back to fitness lol!!!!!!!

fraser what an amazing place from the lovely weather not it rain most of our time there!!!!!! but it did add to the adventure . driving on sand to drving through the rainforerst late nights of drinking and frightening off dingos, digging holes in the sand for a toilet. it was a place of awe and the lakes are amazing so cool to swim. from the joys of camping and cooking for 11 people (great food) to indian head and the ship wreck and the fab lakes it was a classic experience. breath taking and great fun driving in the sand!!!!!!!
