24th April
So we were up early and on the bus by 7.30am. After 6hrs we were back at the okay guest house in phnom phen. We were only staying that night before heading to the coast, we still hadn't decided which town to go to from there. The four dutch guys were all book on the bus for sihanoukville. We decided we would join them as we were having a great time with them and we had also heard bad things about kampot our other option.
The rest of the day was spent with the dutch guys watching films and chatting.
25th April
Again we were up early and on the bus by 7.30am. The meal from the dead fish was still giving me problems so i was grateful it was only a 4hr bus ride. I managed to sleep for about 3hrs of it until the put the t.v. on full blast. In the 3 countries we've visited so far they do not know the meaning of quiet when it comes to music or t.v. Even with our earplugs in you can hear it loud and clear!!!
We arrived at 1pm, we had decided that we would leave the men with the backpacks in a bar whilst the girls went and hunted for some accommodation.
After a big search for cheap air con rooms we hadn't come up with much. We had found some for $13 but Dan and i decided that was out of our budget so we decided to get a fan bungalow for a much cheaper $6!! We all set off to our new rooms and arranged to met at 7pm for dinner.
That evening we had a nice BBQ meal and apple crumble and custard for desert....what a treat!!
