Woohoo must've got about 2 hours sleep!! oh well at least i know what the back of my eye lids look like!! Cor breakfast was an experience, Chicken sausages and toasters that only do i side of aslice of bread at a time and cold baked beans! Got ourselves sorted and walked about half the way to Sentosa (means peace and tranquility) Island via Chinatown. I promised some guy I'd come back and buy a suit from him on me way home, but didn't! Got a taxi the rest of the way. Then got a cable car to the island from mount Faber to Sentosa, that was cool well worth getting the glass bottomed option. What lovely beaches. we walked barefoot on them, ate sorbets on the beach and looked out from the most southern point of Asia, which was on a little island connected to Sentosa by a rope bridge. We got to the beaches by using the luge which is the quickest way down they are like a cross between a sledge and a go kart, you pull the handle bars back to brake and release them to gain speed, a great laugh!! We went up the Carlsberg Tower which is something like 50 stories high the views are immense! Had a sky cooler at the bar after wards while it rained, it was still amazingly humid! to get back to the top of the hill we took a ski lift! Then got the glass bottomed car back off the island. We got to the airport in plenty of time which was handy as the taxi driver took us to the wrong terminal, but it weren't his fault really as the flight centre had got the paperwork wrong! Bought me self a digital camera in duty free. Zoe give me some sleeping tablets on the take off and bang next thing i knew we were getting ready to land.
