30 April 2008 - Ecuador

Day 199 - A day of rest after all the activity of the Galapagos.

Day 200 - Went for a walk towards the Botanical Gardens but got distracted on the way by a large shopping mall! We never did make it to the gardens!

Day 201 - Got up for our final day in Ecuador and while packing discovered Lynne's mobile phone had been stolen. We reported it to management but didn't really expect to see it again. Went to the local Tourist Police to report it again for insurance purposes (had fun trying to get across what we wanted to say to the Spanish speaking woman but between us and a Spanish/English dictionary we got there in the end!). It was then time to head to the airport for our flight to Los Angeles (via Lima!).
