17th April

We got to the bus stop at 6.30am unsure if they would makes us pay a second time. Cambodia is very corrupt so they pretty much do what they want and there is nothing you can do about it.

Thankfully we didn't have to pay again although our bus ticket only took us to kratie and there was no cash point there so we extended our ticket to take us directly to phnom phen (the capital).

We finally arrived in phnom phen at 4pm, we had had a few recommendations on the hostel front so we shared a tuk tuk with Anna and lee the dutch couple.

We got to okay guest house and was delighted to see they had air conditioned rooms for $10.....dan was very happy!!
